Salt n Vinegar Kale Chips

Spread a thin layer of ripped up kale leaves on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bake for 30min at 200F then sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!

Mint Smoothie

Blend 12oz milk (I used soy), 3 mint leaves or a dash of mint extract, 1/2 tsp liquid chlorophyll, 2 cups leafy greens (I used kale and spinach) and 1 frozen banana. Drink up!
