After years of searching, I have found what I believe to be the BEST comforters on the market. They will help you stay cool in summer and warm in winter, and they are just the right weight to keep you feeling cozy.
Benefits of our wool duvets:
– provide good insulation
– lightweight, comfortable and contouring
– readily absorbs the moisture given off by the body while asleep
– non-allergenic and free of petrochemical products
Of the four natural materials that duvets are made of – down, wool, silk and bamboo – wool is the only one that has ALL of these benefits.
Only wool creates a micro-climate which assists in regulating body temperature and humidity, thus relieving the body of thermal stress and promoting a deeper, more restful sleep.
How to choose a wool duvet:
The wool fill should be hi bulk (trapping lots of air for insulation), resilient and light weight. A flat, heavy wool duvet indicates poor quality wool that will not insulate well. The cover should be soft, breathable and allow the wool fill to contour the sleeper’s position. If the cover is stiff, rustles or is hard to breathe through, it means the cover is probably downproof cotton which eliminates wool’s moisture controlling benefits.
With our Canadian made duvets by SnugSleep, hi-bulk premium wool is selected to ensure these duvets have maximum loft and insulation. The specialized carding and manufacturing processes further enhance this natural wool loft for optimum insulation and comfort. The material that is chosen to cover it is equally important. Our duvets are covered in a soft, percale cotton that allows maximum breathability. The minimal quilting stitch pattern allows the wool fill to regain maximum loft.

Regular shaking and airing will mean less cleaning!
Use of a duvet cover will eliminate the need for frequent washing.
