The noted size reflects the actual size of the pillow cover.  I recommend that you use an insert slightly bigger that this size for a snug fit.

Content:  80% linen/20% cotton

All inside seams are serged/reinforced for durability

Care Instructions:  Machine wash, cold water.  Dry on low heat.
